Fantails Estate

Fantails Estate is a visionary early learning centre located in Dairy Flat, Auckland, designed to embody the owner's vision of a 'luxury lodge' for chlidren. Set across 3½ hectares of paddocks and streams, the centre features six individual building blocks arranged around a central timber canopy, creating intimate and inspiring learning environments for children of different age groups.

Chester proudly provided the civil engineering input for this project, transforming the landsacpe, installing a new stream, and ensuring the sustainable integration of natural features into the site. The result is a naturally ventilated, environmentally conscious education facility that reflects the best in modern early childhood design.
